Cardiovascular Care Services and Programs

Aneurysms occur when part of an artery weakens, causing a ballooning of the blood vessel and a threat of rupturing.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation helps build heart muscle, strength and function and reduces symptoms or side effects after treatment.

Cardiac Surgery

Cardiac surgery can repair or unblock arteries around the heart. It may also be used to repair or replace a damaged valve or major blood vessel around the heart.

Cardiometabolic Disease

When a person has both diabetes and heart disease, they are experiencing a condition called cardiometabolic disease. This condition also can affect your liver and kidneys.

Carotid Artery Disease

Carotid artery disease develops when plaque builds up in the carotid arteries, which carry blood to the brain.

Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary artery disease occurs when plaque builds up in the walls of the arteries in the heart, restricting blood flow to the heart.

Heart Failure

Heart Valve Disease

Heart valve disease describes a condition in which at least one of the heart’s four valves doesn’t work well.

Hypertension

Also known as high blood pressure, hypertension means the blood flowing through the arteries is exerting a greater force against the walls of those blood vessels.

Interventional Oncology

Interventional oncology uses advanced imaging technology to diagnose and treat cancer through targeted, minimally invasive procedures. These treatments are often faster, safer and less painful alternatives to more invasive surgical options.

Irregular Heartbeats

Also called arrhythmias, irregular heartbeats happen when the rate of contractions, or rhythm of the heartbeat, is too fast or too slow.

Lipid Management Program

If you are living with or at risk for cardiovascular disease, lipids can increase your likelihood of heart attack, stroke and even premature death.

Sports Cardiology

Cardiology and sports medicine specialists collaborate to provide cardiovascular care for athletes, tactical or occupational athletes, and active individuals who have heart conditions.

Stroke and Neurovascular

Stroke and neurovascular conditions impact the blood vessels in the brain and restrict blood flow to the brain or cause dangerous bleeding.

Structural/Congenital Heart Disease

Structural or congenital heart disease results from a defect in the heart muscle that changes the normal flow of blood through the heart.

Vascular Disease

Vascular disease affects the arteries or veins and how effectively blood flows through the body.
